After some physical damage to my spouse’s work computer (which she USES FOR EVERYTHING), we attempted to take it to the box shop we purchased it from for repair. We were charged over $150 for diagnostics, and promised to have a quote in 24 hours. When that didn’t happen, we requested a refund and brought the device here. Within TWO HOURS the problem was diagnosed, fixed, and the computer was back in our hands…. FOR SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS. The best part was the kind, humble, conversation and customer service. Under absolutely no circumstances will we EVER take another device anywhere else. 15/10 would recommend. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I posted on Nextdoor that my son needed an old computer for school because he has cancer. His school was online. But I didn't have the money so I offered to bake something as a thank you. They contacted me and said they had a laptop I could have for chocolate chip cookies. Nice people, nice facility if you can stop on by and get a computer from them.

They put my YouTube videos on DVDs because I was deleting my channel. Had 69 videos ready in about a day. Very helpful and polite with reasonable price. Now I can play them on a laptop or DVD-R player. Thanks Town Tech.
